Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Bee and the Bee mobile app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ONZ Group Sdn Bhd ("we," "us," or "our").

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership in the Service to you.

"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to ONZ Group Sdn Bhd. "Service" refers to the Bee app and website. "You" refers to the individual or entity registered to use the Service. "Device" means any internet-connected equipment used to access the Service.

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service, or reverse engineer any part of it.
• Sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Remove proprietary notices, or use the Service to build a similar or competing product.
• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

Returns, refunds, and parcel coverage are governed by our Refund & Coverage Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide about the Service are entirely voluntary, and we are free to use them without any obligation or compensation to you.

By using the Service, you consent to our processing of your information as described in these terms and in our Privacy Policy.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and we encourage you to review their terms.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and will not be liable to you for doing so.

We may from time to time provide enhancements or updates to the Service. These terms govern any updates unless the update is accompanied by separate terms.

The Service may display, include, or make available third-party content or services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at ask@bee.com.bn with details of the work and the allegedly infringing material.

You agree to indemnify and hold ONZ Group Sdn Bhd harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONZ Group Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Parcel coverage is limited as set out in the Refund & Coverage Policy.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Coverage Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ONZ Group Sdn Bhd regarding the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including the Bee name, logo, and brand — are owned by ONZ Group Sdn Bhd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You and ONZ Group Sdn Bhd agree to resolve disputes relating to the Service through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Any legal action must be commenced within one year of the events giving rise to the claim.

Before starting arbitration, you agree to first contact us at ask@bee.com.bn with a written description of the dispute so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

Arbitration will be conducted in Brunei Darussalam under applicable rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Any content you submit through the Service is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and must hold the necessary rights to it.

Promotions, discounts, or offers made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. Where there is a conflict, the promotion-specific rules apply to that promotion.

If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect details.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

ONZ Group Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the Service. Use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
