Bee is operated by ONZ Group Sdn Bhd. This policy describes what personal information we collect from customers, drivers, and merchants, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

This policy covers three types of user — customers, drivers, and merchants. Depending on how you use Bee, we may collect:

  • Account details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and delivery addresses.
  • For drivers and merchants, identity and business documents needed to verify your account.
  • Order and transaction information, including pickups, deliveries, payments, and wallet (nectar) activity.
  • Device and usage information, and location data (see below), to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process pickups and deliveries, take payments, provide customer support, keep the platform secure, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the Bee experience. We do not sell your personal information.

Location Data Use

With your permission, we collect location data to facilitate deliveries — matching you with nearby drivers, calculating rates, enabling live tracking, and confirming pickup and drop-off. You can manage location permissions at any time through your device settings.

Sharing of Information

We share information with drivers and merchants only as needed to fulfil delivery orders, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment and infrastructure partners). We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Data Security

We protect your information with appropriate safeguards, including secure transmission over SSL encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

Your Rights

You may access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and request deletion of your account and personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by other means.
