What is BeeCross, exactly?
You get a warehouse address to use for your online purchases. Once your parcel arrives there, BeeCross forwards it across the border and delivers it to you.
What about declarations and permits?
We handle declarations and any required permits on your behalf where needed — a small per-agency fee (around B$30.00) applies when a permit is involved.
How are rates worked out?
Forwarding is priced by parcel size, so a small envelope costs far less than a 3XL box. You’ll see the fare before you confirm in the app.
Can I collect it myself?
No — at the moment we only offer last-mile delivery, which means we bring it to your door. It’s a flat B$5.00 surcharge, nationwide.
