What if I miss the runner?
You’ll get a heads-up before the runner arrives, and live tracking shows exactly when they’re close. If you’re not there, the runner will call — and you can reschedule the drop-off from the app.
How does coverage work?
Every BeeDelivery parcel is covered up to BND 5,000 against loss or damage in transit, at no extra charge. If something goes wrong, file a claim in the app with your delivery details and we’ll make it right.
Can I schedule a pickup?
Yes. Book on-demand for the next available runner, or set a pickup window later in the day. Either way you’ll see the runner on the map once they’re on the way.
